Yoga and Detox Workshop Day 4
Thursday and headed for the finish line. Woke up and got ready to go to yoga. I kept wandering why I was so hungry the night before...perhaps because I did my normal Wednesday activities and didn't take into account how the detox would effect that??? I also realized that I didn't have my dessert. I usually have my dessert with tea or hot water and that really satisfies me. I think it was a combo of both. After yoga I had my breakfast which was beauty breakfast plate with fresh melon ensemble. It was just fruit which I added more fruit too. There were peaches in the ensemble but they weren't very ripe so I was glad to add my raspberries and blackberries to it. For lunch I had the greek flat bread and a detox juice from mother's market. I ate most of my food on Wednesday so for dinner I had the remaining salad that I had left over. I had a graduation party to go to so once I got there I had asparagus and corn. Corn and asparagus never tasted so good. While everyone was having cake I broke out my caramel truffles and my chocolate brownie. I am happy to say that I survived the party but the wine looked very good! Oh well only a few more days to go. Stay well
