Yoga and Detox Workshop Day 3

Ah Wednesday morning.  I was looking forward to seeing my fellow yogi's and share our experiences.  The beauty of doing a detox with others is that you are all in the same boat and can relate to what everyone is going through.  I woke up and taught my yogi's another class I designed for the detox and then hung out for a bit to talk more about how they were feeling.  Everyone was having ups and downs but doing well.  I had brought my breakfast with me.  It was avocado yogurt with blueberries which I added more blueberries to.   I quickly ran to the gym to do my shoulder exercises and a bit of cardio followed by an hour of Iyengar yoga.  I headed off to pick up my food at 118* and I felt hungry so I was really looking forward to lunch.  Headed home and had lunch which was rojo tacos.  They were good they had a lot of beets and I enjoyed it.  I did my daily duties and came home to eat more.  I ate part of the sweet mustard salad with bread and olive tapenade....basically I ate the bread and olive tapenade.  I had some left over kale salad so I ate that as well.  I was really hungry on Wednesday.  Later I did an evening yoga class and headed home for dinner.  I was happy to have something waiting for me.  Dinner was the trixie tostada which I really loved.  I snacked on berries and my left over cacao creme I am hooked on that!  I was still hungry but wasn't up for more salad.  I couldn't figure out why I was so hungry because I had many of my meals.  I realized that I ate part of Thursday's food.  So I prepared for bed.  I think I could have eaten all night long had I not gone to sleep.  Stay tuned ZZZZzzz
