Yoga and Detox Workshop Day 2

I woke up this morning and did a mini pranayama meditation session.  The time flew by and my mind felt clear.  It's nice to wake up with a clear head.  For Breakfast I had buckwheat bowl with almond milk and I added a few blueberries.  It tasted like an amazing granola bar.  I had hot water and then I had joint relieve yogi tea.  I had never tried that tea before and thought now might be a good time.  I am looking forward to lunch which will be lemon alfredo pizza on buckwheat bread which I am sure I will add kale salad.  I have to say the more you do this kind of detox the more you love greens.  There is something to be said about having things that come from and out of the earth.  You feel more connected to your surroundings and the planet.

I had the pizza and loved it and added some kale salad.  I took a yoga class and did 108 sun salutations quite the undertaking giving the circumstances.  I quickly went home and prepared to teach my class.  After class I had the shitake lettuce wraps.  It said wraps but it was only one.  As the night progressed I felt light headed and then it turned into a headache.  I think I did a bit too much and didn't eat enough.  Later I had more hot water and had the citrus torte.  My headache finally went away.  I was looking forward to a good night's sleep and looking forward to seeing my fellow yogis in the morning.
