Day 2 Spring Detox
Okay so last night I had really bizarre dreams. I was glad to wake up. I wasn't hungry but wanted tea...really wanted coffee but I will deal with the hot water in a mug. I woke up did a little pranayama/mediation and then prepared to teach. I taught at Newport Coast great group of women and man. I realized I hadn't weighed myself. I guess this go around it's not about the weight loss more about eating and living well. After I taught my class I had breakfast which was a buckwheat bowl with I think soy milk not sure. I didn't finish it. I can't believe it! I went searching for a scale so that I could weigh myself. I ended up at Curves in CDM. The girls at Curves were funny they thought I was doing a juice cleanse and were happy to have me weigh myself. I weighed myself and I don't think I loss any weight. I don't know I didn't weigh myself on Monday so who knows. OK fine no big deal we will see what happens as the week progresses. If I don't lose weight I'm OK with that. I took a yoga class and then headed home. Lunch was silician pizza with spinach salad. I mixed the salad with the left over salad from Monday and added 4 mini heirloom tomatoes. It was good and so far I was doing good. I felt a bit tired but wasn't sure why but then it passed. It was another pretty spring day so I decided to ride my bike to work. My yoga class was more twisting keeping line with spring cleaning. I rode my bike home as I ate an apple. I came home and wasn't quit hungry but I was craving fish. I guess I know what I will be having next week! Dinner was winter tacos with napa slaw. I have to say this was very big and I couldn't finish it. I nippled on the dessert caramel parfait which I added strawberries to but I wasn't thrilled with it. I decided to have the rest of breakfast with blueberries mixed in. So there you have it. Tuesday day two check. Off to bed zzzzzzzzz
