January 2015.....It's a new year and a new training. Four weeks to immerse yourself in yoga, the sutras, asana, anatomy, sequencing, practice teaching, adjusting, prenatal, subtle body and more. What a way to start the new year. I have done 16 training or so and each time I learn from students and I learn a bit more about myself. I am grateful that yogis would want to spend so much time with me. Yoga is a gift and I hope to give it to as many people in the world as possible. Congrats on making it through week 1. Stay strong carry on, keep calm, and know there is plenty of time.
