It's September and it is still hot but I don't care it's just great practice for Arizona! I am lucky enough to be going back to the Miraval Resort in Arizona. It is an amazing place to relax, meditate, and renew. It's a nice opportunity to get away and reflect on life and perhaps set some new goals. Among the elements here are the sky, clouds, landscape and nature. It is all very magical. If it's good enough for Oprah then it's good enough for me......not to mention the real house wives of New Jersey just filmed here.
