Time is going so fast.  June was such a blur.  The 200 hour teacher training at YogaWorks Costa Mesa  wrapped up in June.  At the close of the 200 hour training my foreign exchange student from Spain arrived.  Every Summer I try to house a foreign exchange student.  I get to play the role of mother for a month and learn more about other cultures.  It's a lot of fun and it gives me a sense of culture and sophistication.
