Really it's July. It's officially Summer. Every weekend has been filled with activities with Sergio. My foreign exchange student from Madrid, Spain. There have been pool parties, and lots of eating. I love summer but I love eating even more. The 4th of July was so great. I love the 4th I feel like it kicks of the summer. Been spending some much time in Newport and it's been great.
On the yoga front. I have picked up another class. I am teaching Urban Zen in Huntington Beach on Mondays. For more info check out www.urbanzen.org
