OK yoga at the PSYC Canopy.....Yoga poolside....it's nice. I had an amazing day. I woke up early to amazing morning in the desert...checked email....got ready for yoga....got some coffee. Then to the PSYC Canopy. Yoga was delightful. The yogi's are amazing...they are strong and smart...it's amazing to see the changes in just two days! Then off to El Paseo lululemon...did I mention Ralph Lauren...of course there has to be shopping after all we are in a desert oasis. The facilities are great you don't have to leave but the shopping was calling me. xo
p.s. I am in the desert with cable tv I watched mob wives...I guess that's fitting since I'm in the desert
