Happy Valentine's Day

I wrapped up and packed up my Parker experience and carried it with me back to the OC for a wonderful Valentine's Day.  Day 3 at The Parker started with coffee and sunshine, then off to yoga under the canopy at the PSYC.  The yogis were great and the class was a combo of the previous three classes.  I had such an amazing time and met great people.  I can't wait to do it again.  I headed back to teach my YW class in CM.  I has a special music mix designed by one of my students Tyler.  My students in OC got my excitement from the Parker, special music, and wine and treats.  It was a great Valentine's Day.  Stay well and see you at yoga....love and chocolate...seems fitting since Valentine's Day was just here.  xo
