August 200 Hour Training Intensive
We just finished the second week of the training. Thus far we have covered Neutral Poses, External Poses, Inversions, Surya Namaskara A,B,C and simple back bends. Did I mentioned we have covered philosophy and anatomy. Wow so much and still more to come. I am so proud of the yogis. They are amazing and there has been incredible transformations in such a short amount of time. I love it. Can't wait to see what the next two weeks will reveal. Love and light xoxo
