Day 5 Spring Detox

Wow the week is flying by.  I woke up a bit tired but still okay.  I was up late the night before so it was to be expected.  I did my pranayama/mediation it was rushed again but okay.  I went to pilates and brought my breakfast with me.  My yogis asked me about my food and are so interested in detoxing with me in the Summer and you should too.  Breakfast was banana with buckwheat raspberries and almond milk.  I added strawberries of course.  I taught my yoga class more twist of course and then headed over to the chiropractor.  After that I went to 118* to pick up my last allotment of food.  I was able to talk with Michelle and Jenny the owner of the restaurant and author of raw living.  She is lovely.    She gave me good insight and I am thrilled that she wants to speak during the yoga and detox workshop.  SO COOl.  I went home and had lunch.  I split two meals for my lunch I had half of the 360* crepe and 1/2 of a cobb salad with kumato bread.  I felt like I was having a greek salad with a wrap of some kind.  I don't know what the 360* crepe is.  I will have to ask Jenny about that.  I did my daily duties and what not and it really felt like the day flew by.  I got busy with life and it was after a Friday night.  I went out but didn't have time to eat my dinner or dessert so more food fro the weekend.  Keep reading and I will keep writing
