Day 4 In Detox
I am happy to say that I am adjusting to this new way of life/eating. Today I woke up went to yoga, had my breakfast heirloom samosa in a flax wrap, then off to the gym to run do weights etc, then off to teach my class. I had no time for lunch so instead it was apples on the go until after work was done. I quickly left yoga class and headed home for lunch 6:00pm! Yes can you believe it lunch at 6:00. I guess the hungry pains mixed with the moon cycle is a good combo. Yes I said it detox and moon cycle God must love me because I haven't killed anyone yet. After the late lunch of buddha's bowl with sprouted quinoa ( which was very sparse but whatever it was something) I head to the movies (the kings speech). I came home and was pleasantly surprised because I remembered I have dinner and dessert waiting for me. I liked this dinner it was stuffed tomatoes with walnut pesto and a side mustard salad. It was good. I still have dessert and I'm doing okay. I have lost 4.5 pounds! That is just crazy. In any case I like the results but the proof will be if it stays off. Looking forward to the next 3 days. Stay well and keep reading!
