April went so fast. I taught for OC Yoga a studio in Mission Viejo, continued to teach my YogaWorks Live Stream classes....until more changes were made. So my current schedule for YogaWorks Live Stream is only Sunday's at 1:00. While I'm sad to be losing my evening classes I am still gratful to have work. If you miss my YogaWorks livestream class you can still catch me on YouTube on Saturday's. Stay well and stay tuned
