Well here we go rolling into month 6 of covid19....I'm still teaching and still keeping the faith! The OC is opening at a 10% rate inside and outside is well....wide open...My new schedule is as follows

Saturday subscripe to my YouTube chanel Afternoon Yoga
Sunday Live StreamYogaWorks 1:00pm
