TT INTENSIVE YW CM 2019
Well Yogis, Here we go again, another 200 hour training. These yogis are strong and focused. We have to undergo a lot but here we are. We will explore, neutral and external rotation poses, Surya Namaskar A,B, C, Inversions, back bends, pranayama, sutra studies, anatomy, re visit inversions, subtle body, prenatal, and self study.
