Well it's 2018 and wishing for great things in this new year. The 300 hour program has launched it's new format...We did 50 hours of asana for the month of January. It was well received and we will be doing it again in 2019. This is a great way to get continuing education and to deepen your practice. I am looking forward to a new year with lots of yoga and lots of socializing. Stay well yogis
