Just finished teacher training in Costa Mesa and will be guest teaching at Mission Viejo YogaWorks. Yoga, Yoga, and more Yoga......however I did get the opportunity to go to San Francisco for a weekend. Who doesn't like to eat, drink, walk, and shop. It was a great time and great weather. Some places worth going
