I can't believe it is already week 3 where does the time go???? This week Standing Twist, Restorative, Pranayama, Simple back bends, Urdhva Danhurasana, Seated Twists, Forward Folds, of course anatomy, sutra studies, practice teaching......Of course sequencing .....it's a lot of work and the yogis are taking their yogic vitamins!
