April has arrived. I hope you had a wonderful Easter and Passover. Time spent with family and friends is priceless. Enjoy every moment. April has been exciting. I am doing a training in the Valley called Urban Zen. I can't wait to complete the training and share what I have learned with you. April showers bring May flowers so don't forget to stop to smell the flowers. Stay well and see you at yoga
