Yoga Immersion

Today I had the pleasure to spend time with 13 yogis!  I am doing a yoga immersion at YogaWorks Newport Beach and having a great time.  I am so lucky to have job in which I truly love.  Each time I do an immersion I am so impressed by the students; it makes me feel compelled to be better yogi, and be a better human being.  I am always struck by the compassion and selflessness of the people who choose to spend their weekend with me.  Thank you so much for sharing your time, energy, and your practice.  I truly believe that by doing yoga we spread peace and I want to do my part every day!  Thank you yogis sleep well and see you tomorrow.  Love and Light and if it were up to me you would have Love, Light, Chocolate and Wine.  xo Peace Out!
