May is Marvelous

How is it possible that time moves so fast.  May is marvelous the sun is shining and I am thinking peaceful thoughts.  The Dalai Lama was in the OC.  How cool is that!  I am teaching a free class at Seed the People's market at The Camp in Costa Mesa.  Join me there bring your friends and family do a little yoga and have a great time.
