Merry Christmas

December has been so amazing.  This year I had the opportunity to see the nutcracker.  The Nutcracker was great because one of the dancers was a student of mine from the 200 hour teacher training.  This holiday season has been great I have no complaints.  Yoga, Nutcracker, sweet delights, great meals, wonderful times with family and friends...What a life!
