November
It's November and the 200 TT is winding down. It is the change in season and it feels good. I start to move into feelings of gratitude and joy. I love November. Some things to think about....juicing. November is usually when we over indulge in food and sweets. Treat your body right load up on green juices, green veggie, and of course yoga. Ahimsa....remember the SHOULDER CHRONICLES. Manage your injuries like you manage your life. Finally manage and love yourself and those around you. Hope to catch you in class and at my events. Stay well and be grateful for November!
