September

It's September already.  The weekend Yoga Immersion was great!  I was so happy to meet such a great group of people.  September is the start of the 200 YogaWorks Teacher Training as well as the 300 YogaWorks Teacher Training.  If you have any interest in either please let me know.  Donation yoga is fast approaching.  This months donation only yoga class is being sponsored by Hi Time Wine Cellars.  How lucky are we to have yoga and wine.  So excited.  In addition I am working with ENC in Newport Beach to do a yoga class there once a month.  I will keep you posted.  Until then keep on doing the yoga and enjoy the remainder of the summer. check out the following sites
