Shoulder Chronicles
Do you remember in yoga the concept of Ahimsa? It means non-harming. When you practice yoga practice with mindfulness and keep your body safe. I have had shoulder trouble for a few years. It started as a low whisper, then a tug, then a shout, then a flat out hey you stop it. Remember why your are practicing. Listen to your body. It always starts as a low whisper. You must listen to that voice. Remember Ahimsa remember RSI remember RICE. I am going to chronicle this shoulder issue and create a workshop around should injury management. Perhaps this injury is really a gift in shoulder understanding. I will keep you posted
