Style 20/20

This evening I had an opportunity to attended a seminar about fashion fitness and style....I am all for that.  I was able to give YogaWorks passes and talk a bit about yoga.  Turns out that they were featuring fabrics out of bamboo, cotton, and lycra.  Have you heard about GGO clothing?  Well stick with me this clothing is the bomb from work out to going out you will look fly.  Stay tuned.  Stay well have a pleasant evening
