Paramount High School

I had the opportunity to teach yoga to some students at Paramount High School and it was so great.  Sometimes you're reluctant to get out of your comfort zone but surprise your self and do it.  I had such a great time and was so glad to have had the opportunity to give a little of my time to students that so greatly appreciated it.  I love that yoga gives me the opportunity to do that!  Thanks Kathy for the opportunity to teach your students...they are lucky to have you xoxo
